Dave is the Editor/Owner of DavePlays.co.uk
So simply DavePlays.co.uk is a one man site. Originally I had intended for this site to act as a log of my attempt to complete an ever growing gaming backlog which still has games from the PS1 that have remained unplayed. DavePlays.co.uk has become home to the many hardware reviews and news articles that I also write, whilst my backlog has taken to Twitch.tv and YouTube.
It may seem pointless in this world with review sites popping up each week, but I have no allegiance to any hardware manufacturer and being from Yorkshire I have no problem with calling something terrible if it is truly terrible. I have almost 8 years of experience working in the the industry, with many more years prior just playing with computers and hardware in general before that.
Some of my older reviews are on other sites, where I have written news posts, as well as managed several staff writers who also contributed content.
I hope you enjoy the ride just as much as I am going to, here’s hoping to a long run.
