iKBC F87 RGB – Tenkeyless – Keyboard Review

Conclusion

I really enjoyed using the iKBC F87. It reminds me a lot of my last tenkeyless keyboard the Ducky Year of the Dragon, except for the fact it improves massively over what is a 5-year-old keyboard.

It has RGB lighting, lovely PBT keycaps, and top-notch build quality. Although there are a few things that let it down of course, primarily the janky colour changes on some of the lighting modes and the lack of a detachable cable though it is still a solid keyboard choice.

The F87 is available for around £100 from KustomPCs and overall, I don’t think that is too bad of a price for what you are getting. The full-size version is only £5 more as well should you desperately need that number pad.

This price point is close to several larger manufacturers options. Which may make it a tough choice, but addition of PBT keycaps over the usual ABS for me makes it a worthy consideration.

All of this makes for a keyboard a I am happy to award the DavePlays Choice award!
