The mouse also features these same seven backlights, although they only shine through one part of the mouse itself (towards the rear) the front of the mouse; the scroll wheel and the front always shine white

The Octane mouse has seven buttons, the one immediately behind the scroll wheel is reserved for the DPI control the one behind that changes the backlight colour, on the left of the mouse are two soft click buttons which work as back/forward buttons in a browser but the rear of the two also helps to change the backlight mode.

MouseUnder

Underneath you can see the pads and what appears to be a place for weights in the circular area; an area that no matter how hard I tried to undo would not come away. (maybe a feature for future mice)
