GAMDIAS HERMES M1 – Gaming Keyboard Review

Up Close

The front of the box shows off the keyboard with many the features listed. Including the lighting modes, Macros and the GAMDIAS certified key switches.

The reverse goes into the features a bit more in detail

The keyboard itself features a brushed gunmetal grey aluminium backplate which the keycaps stand off from. The top right features a printed logo and the indicator lights

The model I received for review features brown switches branded by ‘TTC’ These TTC switches are close copies of the Cherry MX Brown and feature the same tactile bump.

The underneath of the keyboard features a cable routing method which still doesn’t make much sense to me.

There are several little rubber feet gracing the edges and corners of the HERMES M1 and the legs although only having one step of adjustment also has a little pad to make sure it doesn’t slip.

A nice touch included in the HERMES M1 is a wrist rest, which is detachable. The keyboard already has quite a nice sloped edge to begin with. This also has rubber pads and little slots on the keyboard to keep it attached and in place.
