Mionix Naos QG – Review

Conclusion

I have been using the Mionix Naos QG for over a month now and all has gone well. I have been very happy with how it has performed.

This ergonomic design is very comfortable and ensures that you palm is resting on the sensors near the back of the Mionix NAOS QG much of the time.

During my use the only thing that ever felt off about the build quality was the braided cable near the USB connector. It’s a hard issue to describe but It never felt secure as though underneath the braiding the cable itself was not secure.

The Mionix NAOS QG is available now from Ebuyer for £95 which is a significant increase over the others in the NAOS range.

The additional features are going to appeal mostly to a small subset of gamers, the ones that stream. This means that it is going to have a very narrow appeal overall.

The heart rate information itself is fun for showing to your viewers and looking at yourself however the Overwolf software itself is not the best.

I like the Mionix NAOS QG overall, it ticks a lot of boxes and has a some nice unique features. Some of the normal features are not yet available which is annoying (macros) but it does a respectable job even in this reduced functionality state.

It does mean that I can’t give it full marks however.
