GTA V Deer Cam – For those that really don’t have anything better to do

I don’t know why it exists but I have to admit this feels strangely mesmerizing to watch. Someone is streaming (not at the moment due to tech issues) an in-game deer cam from GTA V.  Running on a hacked version of GTA V the in-game camera follows a spawned deer around San Andreas. The deer has been programmed to act of its own accord and make its own decisions.

Whilst the stream is down due to technical issues, the developer has uploaded an hour and ten minutes of stream highlights to tide you over whilst everything gets fixed. Some of the highlights include a number of other NPC deciding to fight the deer (without much success I might add) and a lot of running….

Brent Watanabe is the person behind it all. You can watch the highlights below, or when the stream goes live again you can watch live over at and It looks like sometimes the deer is out for a bit of revenge based on a few of the screenshots.
