When everything is out, you can see that you get two sets of cushion pads (a set of velour and a leatherette), the detachable mic, the 7.1 sound card with inline controls, an airplane adaptor and a bag to carry it all in.

The headband is padded with memory foam which should make long gaming sessions all the easier to endure.

The left ear cup is where the mic attaches, you need to remove a little plug to get access to it, this plug hides the hole if you want to use the headset without the boom mic.

The HyperX Cloud 2 headset is made mostly of plastic, each ear cup has red anodised metal bracket and also has the HyperX Logo on a metal plate as a stylish touch.
